Every box is packed with mystery contents and filled with the newest H.M. WARD merchandise. The picture shown is the Summer Box from 2016. While your box contents will be different (box contents do not repeat) it does give you an idea of what's inside.

This is a subscription box. Box 1 is a SUMMER box and box 2 is a WINTER box. Both have seasonal items and contain DIFFERENT items. Sign up once and get boxes until you cancel. Boxes contain different items every time!

These boxes include exclusive, quality merchandise that is brand new, and certain items are exclusive to the box! That means this is the only place to get some of the most coveted Ferro items. And since all these boxes ship at once, you get an amazing price!

WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
Each box has mystery contents valued at $99 USD or more and has an assortment of items. There can be anything in there from clothing to signed first editions. It's a mystery box filled with new merchandise and awesome stuff!

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED FOR EACH BOX?

Each box cost $49.99USD. You will be charged when you sign up for the first box, and then your future boxes will charge when the box ships.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE BOX?
Yes, you can! Simply click the order button again and place a separate order for each box. Each box will be shipped separately.

CAN IS GIFT A BOX TO A FRIEND?
Yes! Just enter their address in the ship to address section of the payment form.

WHEN WILL MY SUMMER & WINTER BOX SHIP?
Boxes will ship TWICE a year. The summer box will begin shipping on AUGUST 1st and the Valentine's Day box starts shipping on FEBRUARY 1st. US shipments will take 10-12 days to arrive. We will send them out as fast as possible. Last year they shipped within 7-days and tracking information will be sent to you at that time. It is possible for dates to shift due to manufacturing. If that occurs, I'll be sure to post it here.

CAN I BUY THE STUFF IN THE BOX AT THE STORE?
Nope! This merchandise is NOT available in stores. Some items are exclusive to the box and it's all custom, cool, sexy, fun, and flirty!

CAN I CANCEL MY BOX?
Yes, provided that the box has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped all sales are final. 

CAN I RETURN MY BOX?
Due to the deeply discounted nature of this item, we do not accept returns unless an item is defective. If that occurs contact me and I'll replace it for you.

HOW MUCH IS S&H?
Reg. S&H is $9.99USD on packages with US addresses.

DO I GET THE STUFF IN THE PICTURE?
No! That's a sample to show what types of items can be found in the box. Actual items will vary and be different every time.

WHO PICKED OUT THE STUFF IN THE BOX?
H.M. Ward personally selected the items in the box. She spent several months dreaming up a deluxe box that's filled with fun things that Ferro fans would love to have this summer.

Orders will be taken until this item sells out. All orders will be processed and shipped by August 1st & February 1st unless otherwise stated. USA only at this time. Due to the nature of this item, there are no refunds. If an item is defective, please contact me for a replacement. If your box is lost or damaged in transit please file a claim with the shipping provider. If you need help, please ask.
