Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can! We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Can I have a signed book personalize?

Yes, you can. There is a space to write a name on the ordering page. 

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

While I'd love to accommodate you, fraud prevention doesn't allow me to ship to an address that wasn't provided with the initial order. Please enter the correct shipping address when you check out. There is an option to ship it to a different address before finalizing payment.

Is the FERRO fragrance for a man or a woman?

It is truly for both. Here's why: This was supposed to be strictly a masculine scent, but as we got further along in the creation process it ended up being unisex. The reason? Because it just smells SO good that I've been wearing it (I'm a chick). The scent lasts for hours and hours, so it's still there at the end of the day. That final scent/ base note, the one that lingers the longest, is sooooo amazing. It's like a warm, sexy, naked scent. It's just good! I promise your man won't smell like a flower farm and you won't smell like a lumberjack. I wish we could put a smell-o-meter in the screen so you can sniff it. It's hard to stop once you start, so maybe the lack of scratch & sniff technology is a good thing. :)

Is FERRO available in a smaller/travel size available?

Yes! There is a .5 oz/ 15ml bottle that's perfect for travel! It comes in a Parisian style bottle with aspirator and cap. No frills packaging to keep the cost minimal.

How much is S&H?

When will I get my order?

In stock items will ship on Fridays.

Can you ship this internationally?

We are currently shipping the Canada and the UK. More countries will be available internationally soon. 

Can I order the Ferro parfum to the UK?

Not at this time. The parfum has to ship via ground services, so it's available to addresses in the US and Canada only.

What is the return policy?

Due to the personal nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns. We personally inspect every product before it leaves to make sure you have the best experience possible!

What if my item is lost or damaged in the mail?

Each package has tracking. Insurance is an additional option at check out. If you want to purchase insurance, please do so. We are NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please take up matters of this nature with the shipper.
